If we messed up (oops, a flaw!), we'll totally cover the return shipping.

If it's just not your vibe, you'll need to ship it back to us. We know, it's a bummer, but it will keep our small biz thriving!

We only do exchanges, no refunds—because everyone deserves a second chance (and a third, and a fourth...).

Make sure to snag a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us before sending anything back. Think of it as your VIP pass to a smooth exchange.
